Car Park - we have an underground car park with over 80 spaces located on Brown Street. You can find information and pricing on our website PARKING INFORMATION.

Food & Drink - many of our tenants offer catering for the Boardroom, you are best to contact them directly. We do have some catering menus on hand, if you would like us to share these with you, please ask! We also have Ponsonby Central eGift cards that can be purchased for your attendees and used at our eateries. Purchase these directly through our website ponsonbycentral.co.nz

Lost Property - please make sure you take all your personal items with you when you vacate the Boardroom. We often have laptop chargers and cords left behind. Please note, if you do leave something behind you will need to return to check if it is there. This needs to be at a time when the boardroom is free and can cause delays retrieving your items so a quick check at the end of your booking prior to leaving is always a good idea!

Terms & Conditions
Cancellations or Booking changes: We accept cancellations up to 7 days prior to your booking. Any cancellations made within 7 days of your booking will incur 100% loss of payment. Please contact us if you need to make a change to your booking. We can accept changes up to 5 days prior to your booking, subject to availability. We cannot make changes to your booking within 5 days of your booking. Any additional fees for cancellation or changes will be deducted from the registered card on file and the person responsible for the booking will be notified by email.
